     Description

WINTER SPECIAL: $79 A NIGHT FOR CREEKFRONT CABIN! What a deal! 2
Fireplaces (1 out/1 in), 1 Firepit and Central Heat to keep you
warm. Access roads are safe and easy even in winter snows -- no
steep dangerous roads. Great romantic hideaway for Valentine's Day.

Rushing Waters Cabin is an incredible rustic cabin located just feet
from a rushing, meandering creek. The creek borders the heavily-
wooded 2-acre lot for 250 feet! Enjoy the views and sounds of the
creek from the many decks, or the sleeping porch with its gas
fireplace, or from the comfort of the living room, with its huge
stacked-stone, wood-burning fireplace. The creek is lit for evening
enjoyment. There is also an outdoor firepit to enjoy a cozy fire off
the deck,an outdoor dining area perched over the rushing creek and a
large gas barbecue. If you have ever stayed creekfront, especially
loud, in-your-face creekfront, you know that no location compares or
is more relaxing. If you haven’t stayed creekside, you HAVE TO
experience it ... and this is as good as it gets!

The cabin is located amongst a forest of tall trees and is heavily
shaded creekside. The creekside is usually cool, even on a hot day.
It is very secluded most of the year. This area is so beautiful, at
one time, the National Forest Service was going to buy the property
in this area.

.

HOW TO GET HERE. Fly into Atlanta or Asheville and rent a car for a
scenic 2 1/2-hour drive to the cabin. Hayesville also has a shuttle
service that takes you to and from the Atlanta airport for about
$75; this is really convenient if you have other guests coming in
during your stay and don’t want to leave the comforts of the cabin
to bring them in or get them home.

     Amenities

The cabin itself is very rustic, with cedar tongue and groove
throughout, giving it the cozy, mountain feel you want for your
mountain vacation. A massive stone fireplace in the living room
enhances the mountain cabin experience. It is decorated with style
and comfort in mind (not plaid!).It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and
sleeps 4: the master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath; the
second bedroom has a queen log bed. High-count linens, plush towels,
washer/dryer provided; newly-remodeled kitchen is fully-equipped.
Central air and heat.

We have all the tech toys too offering you the best of both worlds!
Satellite television is provided in the living room and the master
bedroom (you even have TIVO on the living room TV!). And who says
you can’t mix work and play? As much as we love secluded mountain
living, we know you need technology sometimes. Dial-up internet is
available on your computer (bring your laptop). We also provide a
printer and a fax so you can take care of business while you are
enjoying your mountain getaway
