Surrounded by the beauty of the Nantahala National Forest, this
lovely home is located only 3 miles north of Franklin, N.C. in the
private community of Swiss Colony. This three story cathedral
ceiling chalet offers all the comforts of home while you are
vacationing in the Great Smoky Mountains.

We are open all year round, so anytime you visit you will always be
close to many activities that will keep your day busy. Or you may
decide to just sit back and relax on the large front porch or by the
warmth of the fireplace.

$475 weekly rate includes cleaning fee. $90 per night;4 night minimum. $1,600 monthly rate. (discount for extended stay) $150 refundable security deposit due within 7 days of reservation. (Security deposit will be refunded 7 to 10 days after your departure) To receive a full refund (minus $10.00 handling fee) you must cancel by mail or email 30 days prior to your reservation start date.
