About Our Rental
This is the first time listing this house as a rental and it is
still undergoing some changes. The house was built in 1969, the
kitchen and bathrooms have not been modified and are still in a like
new condition. The house is fully furnished and the decor of the
house still maintains the 70's era which maybe changed in the future.
There is an additional room with a full bath located outside the
main entrance that is being remodeled, but will be an additional
cost to rent with the main house. The basement is not included with
the rental and will remain locked at all times. There is a jacuzzi
on the balcony that currently isn't included, but maybe in the
future.
All we ask is that you respect and treat our home as you would your
own.
This house is located in a high fire danger area so there are no
outside fires allowed, no exceptions..

Amenities

Full Kitchen use complete with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator,
single stove. Extra appliances include coffee maker (free
complementary coffee and hot chocolate), electric grill, toaster and
gas BBQ.
Linens for double and single beds.
Internet access (dialup), Direct TV.
Covered Parking, balconey with picnic table and round table and
chairs for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Isabella.

Fishing, Boating, Windsurfing, Water Skiiing, Snow Skiing, Rafting,
Hiking and much, much more.

Rates

$100/night .. $600/week (4 guests) There is a 2 Night Minimum. Additional Guests Are $10 Per Night.
