2 bedrooms at the ground floor sleep 5 persons, 3 bedrooms at the
attic level (dormer windows) sleep an additional 8 persons. Can
accommodate an additional 24 persons in the open area at the attic
level with additional foam mattresses/pillows/blankets provided.

Rate per day 9,900 pesos good for 13 persons. Check in time 1 p.m. Check out time 12 noon following day. P350 per day per additional person above 13 persons(children below 12 years free). No refunds allowed for late check-in/early check out from reservation details. Early check in, subject to availability, is allowed from 11 a.m. at no additional charge. Early check-in before 11 a.m. charged at P200 per hour. Check in before 7 a.m. is charged as one extra day up to 1 p.m. of the date of arrival. Late check out, subject to availability, is allowed up to 2 p.m. at no additional charge. Late checkout after 2 p.m. is charged at P200 per hour. Check out after 6 p.m. is charged as one extra day.
