Our 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condominium in Summit Cove is in the heart
of Summit County next to Lake Dillon. It is located on the Corner of
Highway 6 and Swan Mountain Road approximately two miles from
Keystone. Within short driving distance to Breckenridge (20 min),
Arapahoe Basin (15 min), Copper Mountain (20 min), Loveland (25 min)
and Vail (35 min), it is perfect for families and couples looking to
enjoy all that Colorado has to offer.

THE FIRST LEVEL

The spacious living/dining/kitchen area includes a center island
breakfast bar, gas fireplace and entertainment bar with a 19" TV.
Relax on the comfortable couch (which is also a sleeper sofa) and
lounge chair to watch the 32" TV/DVD or just read in front of the
fireplace. The complete kitchen has everything you will ever need to
prepare your meals. On this level there is also a 1/2 bathroom, deck
with Vermont Casting gas grill, ski rack and closet for storage.

THE SECOND LEVEL

The bedrooms are suited for either families or on-the-go couples. The
master bedroom has a queen size bed, work area with high sped internet
for those that need to stay connected, cable TV/DVD and plenty of
closet and dresser space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV,
closet, dresser and book shelf for your reading enjoyment. An
inflatable queen size mattress is available also. This level also
offers a full bathroom and laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

stop is in front of the complex and provides access to Keystone,
Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain.
