At Encantada you'll never run out of things to do. Relax in your own
private pool, take a stroll by the natural pond and fishing pier,
visit the clubhouse to mingle with friendly neighbors or spend time
golfing at the prestigious nearby golf clubs. Wake up the next day,
step outside, and do it all over again!

Rates

Rates vary from $99 USD per night to $159 USD per night depending on season and as described on my webpage. A deposit of 1 night is required as a minimum in order to reserve and guarantee dates, no reservations will be made without deposit. All payments are performed via Paypal only. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows made 7 days or earlier.Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by case basis. There is a one-time cleaning fee per contract period of $55.00 USD which is required to maintain the apartment quality for the next guest.This fee is waived for guests staying for a period of 4 nights or longer. The apartment offers two methods of entry: Keyed or Keyless. Upon completion of the payment I will provide either or both methods of entry. The key may also be obtained at the front desk located in the clubhouse from 9am-9pm 7 days a week. The apartment comes fully furnished with beds, sheets, pillows, blankets, televisions, video-cassettes, DVD players washer and dryer, microwave, stove toaster, pots & pans, plates, silverware, pool accessories, ironing board, ironing tables. I affirm and promise that I will not abuse nor vandalize the unit in any way and upon my departure I will return the unit in the same conditions as they was presented to me during my arrival.
