Our luxury penthouse 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium is located
within the prestigious Clermont of Pelican Marsh. Situated in upscale
Naples, Florida, The Clermont is a gated community of over 2000 acres
of immaculately landscaped residences. The community has many
amenities including tennis, a fitness center, a swimming pool & spa,
and a clubhouse for entertaining. Were only minutes from the Gulf at
Vanderbilt Beach, or a short drive to abundant shopping, dining,
recreation, or cultural activities in downtown Naples.

     Amenities 


This impressive condominium is a penthouse corner unit with fantastic
panoramic South/South West views. The enclosed lanai overlooks two
lakes and the beautifully landscaped Pelican Marsh Golf course. The
condo has spectacular views from each room, massive 14-foot ceilings
in the Great Room and Dining Room, and approximately 1900 sq feet of
living area all on one floor. All new furnishings have been placed
throughout the condo, providing an elegant/casual look.

Bedrooms:
The condominium has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6 people comfortably.
The spacious Master bedroom has a king size bed and an immense walk-
in closet. The second and third bedrooms contain a queen bed and two
twin beds respectively. Each bedroom has furnishings for storage,
cable television, and sitting/reading areas.

Bathrooms:
The large Master bathroom is directly located off the Master bedroom.
It includes separate shower & tub amenities plus double sinks. The
second bath is a full-size bathroom.

Kitchen:
The large kitchen has dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher,
refrigerator w/ice maker, a microwave, a toaster, coffee maker and a
disposal.

Other:
The condo has a two-car garage, with an elevator from the garage to
the condo level. Additional amenities include: cable TV, VCR/DVD/CD
player, linens, washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, and 3 phones.

The Clermont includes: 9 tennis courts and a pro shop w/ lessons
available, a swimming pool and spa, and 2 workout facilities.

galleries, cinemas, casino gambling, various church congregations,
and Gulf activities like: ocean swimming, strolling on the beach,

     Rates 



Rates: Rates are determined by the season. Normal monthly rates are: Dec 15th to Apr 30th: $4,200. per month, (minimum one-month rental). Apr 30th to Dec 15th: $2,200. per month, (minimum one-month rental). (Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed.) Additional rate information: (A security deposit is required to hold the reservation and is in addition to the lease. Deposits are refunded 8 weeks after departure and are dependent on the exit condition of the condo.) Rentals are subject to state & locals taxes. The residence is cleaned prior to the renter's arrival and following their departure. Fees for the departure cleaning and/or any extraordinary cleaning services will be in addition to the lease. Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 10:30am EST. 50% of the rent is required 90 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: notification in writing greater then 90 days, and the deposit will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 90 days of arrival forfeit advance rent and security deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival forfeit all rental proceeds. Sorry, there is no smoking and no pets are allowed.
