MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE PER RENTAL.       MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT.

HIGH season rental (July August)- minimum 5 day rentals--no single 
weekends avail in high season.   

First paid will trump duplicate bookings.

MONEY ORDER OR CERTIFIED CHEQUE IN CANADIAN FUNDS
NO GOLF CART-------renters can arrange to rent their own golf cart 
from on-
site cart rental shop 

DEPOSIT--50% of booking to hold 
+ $300 Refundable damage deposit. Last 50% upon arrival.  $300.00 
damage deposit refunded upon leaving if possible or within a week of
