Description

The apartment, located on the second floor of an elegant and modern
building with two elevators and a large reception area, has all the
facilities for a comfortable and secure stay, such as video door
entry system, reinforced door, central heating and air conditioning.

The apartment (80m2), completely furnished and lively decorated, has
one bedroom and one living room, one fully equipped kitchen and one
bathroom, being prepared to accommodate four persons in complete
privacy and comfort.

Bedroom
Double bed (possibility of baby cradle on request), central heating,
radio alarm clock and cable TV.Bed-linen is provided.

Living room
Two sofa bed, central heating, air-conditioning, hi-fi, DVD reader
and cable TV. The living room, if you wish, may be used as a
comfortable room (two single beds / one twin bed).

Kitchen
Fully equipped with kitchenware and accessories, table-linen,
microwave, gas hob and oven, refrigerator and freezer, dish washing
machine). You will also find at your disposal laundry facilities: a
washing machine, a clothesline support, an iron and an ironing
board. The kitchen has also a nice and cosy place with table and
chairs where you can take your meals.

Bathroom
Complete and ample bathroom with central heating, hair dryer, towels
and toiletries (liquid soap, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel).

You may care to note that this is a non-smoking apartment and that
pets are not allowed.

Available around the apartment is a very large choice of
restaurants, cafés and pastry houses, bakeries, shops, supermarkets,
shopping centres (among others, the very known El Corte Inglês
Shopping Gallery), 24 hour-open shops, banks, pharmacies, laundry
and dry cleaning, business centers, cinemas (in Portugal movies are
shown in their original language), art galleries, theatres, health
clubs/fitness centres, beauty salons, rent-a-car, etc. The area
around the apartment is always very calm and safe. In
addition, a police-station is not far away.

Attractions

The apartment is located in one of the most prestigious areas in the
centre of Lisbon, near the main business area and the tourist
places, Well served by public transports: Metro, bus and
taxis are all within walking distance (2 minutes). It is around 10
minutes drive from Lisbon airport and 6 minutes by metro from Rossio
(downtown Lisbon),

Very close to the apartment is Calouste Gulbenkian Museum and José
Azeredo de Perdigão Modern Art Center, where you may attend to
painting and sculpture exhibitions, dance, classic music and jazz
concerts, visit the museum or simply enjoy its beautiful gardens.

Also very near is the higher part of the gardens of Parque Eduardo
VII, with a magnific vue over Lisbon and the river Tejo, and also
two botanic gardens (one for plants of cold temperature and other
for plants of hot temperature).

The prices above are for a fully furnished and equipped apartment for a maximum of 4 persons and include the consumption of water, electricity and gas (comprising heating and air-conditioning) and cable TV. Also included in the price are bed-linen, table-linen and towels, For reservations to be effective we request a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. This deposit is not refundable. You may care to note that no reservation will be effective until that deposit payment is received. The remaining payment should be made on arrival, against keys (you may care to note that credit cards are not accepted). A security deposit of 200 euros will be also requested on arrival. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, as it is only necessary to cover keys losses or eventual damages in the apartment.
