groves and a vinyard. A large sun terrace with sunbeds has
outstanding views of the Sibillini Mountains and surrounding areas.
3 Spacious ensuite bedrooms all with private access providing
freedom and privacy comparable with self catering accomodation.
Guest's dining room and lounge with CD player, library and games for
guests to relax during the cooler months. A wood burning stove
provides heat and a cosy atmosphere.
The medieval village of Montelparo is 1km.
A great base for both peaceful relaxation and those who enjoy
the "Great Outdoors".

Rates

Our rates are per room. We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking your full refund will be returned along with 50 euros compensation. In the event of a cancellation by yourselves the deposit is non refundable.
