Sur, the number 1 complex in Los Cristianos. This apartment has
fantastic viewsof the sea and mountains, we have 2 separate
balconies,one of which opens out from the master bedroom onto a very
private roof top sun terrace,(where you could sun bathe in your
birthday suit, if you wished), loungers and brolly provided.In the
apartment you will find everything you will need to enjoy yourself-
catering holiday, we have sat/tv, sky sports 1 and 2, movie
channels,bbc and Itv, (don't miss your soaps). c/d player, radio,and
dvd player.linen and crockery are provided as well as
fridge/freezer, microwave,oven/hob, toaster even iron/board,we have
twin beds in the three bedrooms, both the 2 bathrooms haveshowers,
including the top sun deck, the apartment is on 3 floors, withspiral
stair- cases. Oh yes, do bring your lap top, we have free WI/FIbroad-
band on site.

Amenities

The Cristian Sur has two pools with distinctive split level side
views, one pool heated according to season, two child pools, well
kept gardens with sun terraces, lawns, sun beds and parasols, patio
bar, snack bar,restaurant, mini-market , reception (24 hours).
Guests may use the facilities of the sister complex Tenerife Sur
across the road. Among the facilities shared by the two complexes
are bars, snack bars, lounges, sauna, launderette, game, squash
court, and pool tables.

Attractions

The centre of Los Cristianos is only a 10 min stroll, there you will
find plenty to do.
At the marina, you book all kinds of boat trips, glass bottom boats,
trips to see
whales and dolphins. All the water sports you you could think of are
at hand.
Along the promenade you will find lots of bars/ restaurants, and
very good shopping.
Back at the complex you will only need to walk 2 mins to find plenty
of restaurants
and bars.Because of the year roun climate, golf is very big over
here,just a 10 min
car ride, in fact, all of the theme parks and zoo are only 10 mi car
ride.
If it's late night disco's and night clubs you want, then your only
5 mns away,
there are plenty of taxi's to be had, day or night

Rates

Prices are based upon the apartment, maximum of 6 people. We require a £150 deposit upon booking,the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. there is a further £75 REFUNDABLE deposit to be paid for any major breakages, plus key return, this deposit will be repaid to you 1 week after departure.
