Description

Really nice villa in the small quiet town of Englewood on the
southwest coast of Florida. Over 1500 sq. Feet under air and an
enclosed garage with opener. Fully furnished two bedroom and two bath
home with a living room, formal dining room and lanai. The kitchen is
equipped with a full size stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with an
ice maker. There is a large size washer and dryer. Very well situated
close to the beaches and shopping and restaurants within walking
distance. The closest airport is in Sarasota which is approximately a
45 minute drive. The Fort Myers and Tampa Airports are a bit more than
one hour from our home. A new Olympic size public pool, tennis courts,
basketball court and skateboard park are only a five minutes by car.
The pool has a minimal fee and the other amenities are free of charge.

Attractions

The home is 5 minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches. There are numerous
championship golf courses within a 10 mile radius. This is the ideal
location for the beach, shopping, restaurants, water sports or golfing
vacation.

For the shopaholics Port Charlotte Mall is approximately 20 minutes
away. Outlet Shopping malls are both north and south of the house
within an hours drive. You can easily spend a day at the malls where
you can purchase inexpensive name brand clothing and many other items.

Busch Gardens is a 1. 5 hour drive away from the house. Disney and
Universal studios you can reach in just over 2 hours.

Rates

Rates $ 80.00 a day or Euro 60 a day. There is a minimum stay of 1 week. A final cleaning of $ 50 will be added (or Euro 30). The rental rates includes: 1. Bedlinnen. 2. Towels and Beach towels. 3. Kitchen towels. 4. Water and electricity A deposit of 20% of the rental price secures booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. In addition, at that time, a separate fully refundable deposit of $ 250 (or Euro 200) is required in case of any breakages or damage sustained. This will be returned to you at the end of your rental. If you require a long term rental please contact us. We offer discounts for bookings of more than 3 weeks or for returning guests.
