The Studios consist of a sleeping area with either 2 twin beds or 1
double, a living area with a sofa which converts into a double bed,
TV and DVD. They have a fairly spacious bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with a vitro ceramic hob,
microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The 2 bedroomed house has a kitchen/dining and living area
downstairs with a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs.
All the properties open out onto a terrace and garden area and are
equipped with terrace furniture and sunbeds.
A washing machine is available to residents.

The estate is situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees in
spectacular scenery. The surrounding wooded area is crisscrossed
with paths for walking, cycling, horse riding and even motor
cycling. The reservoir is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and
fishing (although a permit must be obtained). It is surrounded by
delightful small villages with their typical churches and stone
houses. Food is excellent in a wide range of local restaurants and
wines can be tasted in the nearby vinyards.
The nearest large town is Figueres with its Salvador Dalí museum and
weekly markets.
Also within 50 kilometers is the Mediterranean coast with some of
the more charming villages of the Costa Brava - Cadaques, Port de la
Selva and Llançà, amongst others,
The French frontiers of Port Bou and La Jonquera are also close,
giving visitors easy access to France.
