Description

This is the ideal Villa for both children, and Guests looking for a
peaceful holiday, it is on a gated community, and is fully alarmed,
with a conection to the police and the fire services, it has a solar
heated pool which provides free pool heat during 10 months of the
year. It also has a pool side spa,a Games room, with TV in every
room, and is decorated to a very high standard with themed disney
bedrooms. The Villa has everything for self catering, plus a laundry
room with washer and drier, plus iron and ironing board. The kitchen
has a full cooker, with microwave, and coffe perculator. It has
intenet connection and a phone that allows local connection only.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and is on suite, the second
bedroom has a queeen size bed, and the two other rooms have twin beds.
The Villa is fully airconditioned. And the prices quoted include
local taxes and cleaning. IT IS STRICTLY NON SMOKING, an

Amenities

Fishing in the lake, golf courses everywhere within 10 minutes. The
disney parks are literally 10 minutes drive from the Villa. There is
a jogging track around the community, plus a communal pool.

The wonderful world of Disney is on the doorstep, Magic Kingdom,
Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, visit Downtown Disney, the lovely town of
Celebration, dine in style at the Gaylord Palms, Visit the local Golf
courses, or the many diners on the US192, enjoy the shopping at
Walmart, Millenium Mall, or the Florida Mall,or the flea markets have
a fun night at the Dixie Howdown, or just rest by the pool and enjoy
the magnificent sunsets.
