bedroom plan allows for plenty of privacy. You and your guests can
choose from 3 king size beds and 2 queen size beds. Two bedrooms
share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One hall bathroom and one master
bath complete the facilities. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you,
should you elect to cook in. Nestled at the base of the Tucson
Mountains, you can see our famous saguaro cacti right in our
backyard. With the pool and spa, outdoor gas grill and dining area,
you may never want to leave. If you can tear yourself away from all
of this, entertainment is just down the stert. The AZ Sonora Desert
Museum, U of A, 4th Avenue shopping, dining, and clubbing, downtown
Tucson, and the Lost Barrio shops are only minutes away.

bath has bidet and toilet, walk in shower, romantic jetted tub and
seperate vanities.

15 minutes away. Gem Show and downtown - 10 minutes. University of
Arizona - 10 minutes. Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum - 15 minutes.
Sugaro National Park - 15 minutes. Pima Air Museum - 30 minutes.
Sabino Canyon - 30 minutes. Mount Lemmon - 1 hour. Let our home be
your own resort and home base to explore Tucson. Day trips to
Tombstone and Bisbee are easily arranged. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport
is just under two hours away.

Rates

April 1 - August 31 - $1250.00 per week. September 16 - November 16 - $1850.00 per week Novemeber 17 - March 31 - $2700.00 per week Prices reflect Sat. to Sat. rental. Check in time 4;00pm, check out time 10:00am. Deposit $200.00/$500.00 for pets. Payment is half down and balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Additional charges: Pool heat $125.00 per week, if desired. Cleaning Fee $200.00
