This beautifully decorated condo is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful
view from the patio to the ocean. This condo sleeps up to 6.
You will find a Master Bedroom w/king size bed- a queen sofa sleeper
and built in hall bunks. This unit is fully furnished w/all the
comforts of home. 2 TV's /vcr/dvd player/stereo system/cd player/
washer/dryer/all linens. Nice patio w/table and chairs to sit out
and relax and enjoy.

Amenities

Our community is a gated community w/a private deededbeach - we are
very family friendly, we have 2 pools- one heated seasonally-hot tub,
tennis courts,basketball/beach volleyball/ exercise studio,
clubhouse, shuffleboard, BBQ grills by both pools and large interior
parking - we all have security on site during the High season
months. You are within walking distance to some
restaurants, bike rentals available upon request. Beach umbrellas
and chairs available daily or weekly. Bike Rentals available upon
request.

Attractions

Golf, swimming, fishing, parasailing, jet ski rentals, rollerblading,
bike riding. shopping, wonderful restaurants, water parks, boat
rentals, charter fishing. You are 5 mins from Silver Sands Outlet
Mall as well as Destin Commons mall.

The sand on the beach is like powdered sugar and the water as blue as
blue can be. Sunsets are amazing....
