   Weekly rate: $825  weekend rate: $650  Monthly rate: $2200
   Holiday weekly rate: $1100  holiday wkend rate: $800 
   Winter monthly rate: $2800 (Dec. 01 - Mar.31)

Deposit of $250.00 + $100 cleaning fee + rental must be paid by money
order.
*Deposit will be refunded after the rental period, when there is
no damage found, or things in the house belongs to owner missing.

Renters must provide their credit card numbers/credit card holder's
name/expiration date to owner or owner's rental management company
in case the damage or missing things worth more than deposit of $250.00

Renters must bring their own bed linens, clean up the house, throw
out the trash before leaving the house, & return the keys to owner/
or owner's rental management company.

There will be rental agreement to be signed & be kept by the rental
management co.
