This home sleeps 6 (3 king beds) and sits on the 4th fairway of
Rancho del Lago Golf Club.

The home is tastefully constructed with 18" tiling throughout,
designer kitchen - including granite counter tops, cherrywood
cabinets, 3 ovens, and GE Profile stainless appliances. The kitchen
has a two tiered counter, and two tall bar stools for drinking a
glass of wine while you watch the chef cook!

The home is equipped with surround sound, DVD player, cable TV,
802.11G high speed internet, and does not have telephone. The great
room is appointed with new leather furniture, custom made furniture
from Bali, and a hardwood bar.

The floorplan is a split floorplan, with the office situated roughly
in the middle. The master bedroom looks out into the backyard and
the 4th fairway beyond; approximately 4 miles away is the base of
the beautiful Rincon mountains. The bed is a scrumptuous king,
pillow topped in fluffy Hungarian Goose Down, and covered in 1000
thread count Egyptian Cotton linens. The master bath contains a
toilet closet, double executive height sinks, and a oversized Roman
tub w/ shower.

The second bedroom is at the end of the hallway, separated from the
master, and looks into the front yard. The king sized bed is a
pillowtop, and also covered in fine linens.

The third bedroom is an office/bedroom combo. Let me know and I will
provide a 3rd King bed if needed. Otherwise, it just contains a desk
and couch for reading, working, or relaxing.



Fully kitted kitchen, including glassware, cutlery, and pots/pans.

Stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, wine
fridge, and additional beverage fridge.

Rates are as follows: October thru April: $975 / week $1900 / month May - September Negotiable, will give good rates. Deposit: $1500 refundable deposit 30 days prior to arrival date. $100 will be deducted from the deposit for professional cleaning. Deposit must be in a cashier's check, drawn on a US bank, and mailed to the Trustee of my choosing. Money orders are NOT accepted. Your deposit will be deposited in an account, and must clear before I accept your reservation. Your deposit will be mailed back to you in the form of a cahsier's check within 14 days of the end of your stay. Damage will be assessed to the maximum. Please keep in mind, this is my house too - treat it as you would treat your own.
