Minimum stay and occupancy requirements
Two night minimum stay required. Summer season, May through
September, requires a minimum occupancy of four. Some holidays
require a minimum length of stay equal to length of holiday.
Home has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 adults. Any party falsely
representing or exceeding guest quantity requirements and limits may
be subject to additional charges or eviction.
Reservations are secured by rental deposits. Required deposit is equal
to 50% of total charge made at the time of booking. Mastercard, Visa,
or American Express accepted.
Reservations without a credit card deposit will not be made. By
providing your credit card information, you agree to all cancellation
terms and conditions. 10% bed tax is not included in the total.
Cancellation with more than 30 days notice of arrival date: deposit
will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellation with less than 30 days notice of arrival date: deposit
will be refunded less 25% of total booking charge.
Cancellation with less than 7 days notice of arrival date: deposit
will not be refunded.

Quiet hours are 10 P. M. to 8 A.M. .
Calling cards required for all long distance calls.
Snow-chains required from November through April.
