This two bedroom apartment is located few minutes from the very chic
and prestegious Place de la Madeleine, famous for its historic
Church and fine cafes and tea rooms (Fauchon, La Duree, Hediard).
and Faubourg Saint Honore with shops like Hermes and Saint Laurent.
From this apartment you have a five minute walk to the Concorde, the
Tuileries and Paris' world famous Opera Garnier. it is the most
central chic spots in the city. This modern and completely renovated
apartment (two block from Madeleine church) is located on the second
floor of a 17th century walk up building ( the building is actually
under renovation and a lift will be installed in couple month) The
apartment has double glass window and free from stree noise.There is
also air conditoned in all the apartment.
The living room has two windows with southern exposure overlooking
the street. It is furnished with two double-size sofas, a dining
table with chairs, a chest of drawers, a wall-mounted flat screen
TV, a DVD player, and built-in bookshelves with a stereo. There is a
laptop and fast internet access with wifi.
