The beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo is within walking distance to the Peak 9 ski area base and downtown. This unit is 1200 sq ft and has a King Bed in the master, two twin beds and a twin over twin bunk bed in the second bedroom(total of 4 twins in the second bedroom). There is seating for ten in the dining room and a modern kitchen with granite countertops. Enjoy spectacular ski area views from the private outdoor hot tub on the balcony of the second floor, elevator accessed condo. For your convenience, our unit includes a full size washer and dryer, free high speed internet, gas fireplace, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a ski/bike storage closet on the lower floor.




The Corral at Breckenridge complex is located on the corner of Main Street and Broken Lance Drive. The complex offers two outdoor common hot tubs, fitness gym, steam room, heated parking lots and is a stop on the free Breckenridge shuttle bus. It is also across the street from the Breckenridge ice skating rink.



The unit is located in the south area of Breckenridge. It is a 8-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Chair at the Peak 9 base area and a 3-5 minute walk to downtown. The Peak 9 base area is home to the Breckenridge child care center and ski school.
