be used for purposes of identity theft. Make sure you are dealing with
the property owner or their authorized agent. You can feel confident
doing business with us, as we do not require any application, and I am
a licensed real estate agent with the State of California.

To secure a reservation, you must provide a non-refundable payment in
full in advance for your requested dates, through the following options:
*Hand deliver cash payment at the property address
*Mail cashier's check to the property address (must allow time for
bank clearance .
*Internet Paypal payment (Add an additional $2 daily handling fee.)
You will receive an E-Mail confirmation of your reservation dates upon
reciept of payment.
Your other option is to wait until your arrival date, but there is NO
GUARANTEE it will still be available. There is only one unit and it is
first come first serve.

CHECK-IN:
*Check in any time after 12:00 noon. (note: maid service may not be
completed until 2:00 PM.)
*Responsible party must notify us at least 24 hrs in advance of
expected check-in time. *Late check-in fee $25 after 9:00 PM, $50
after midnight.
*Responsible party must provide valid DMV ID or drivers license
*Responsible party will be required to sign guest agreement

CHECK-OUT:
*Check out time is 12:00 noon (unless a late check-out time has been
pre-approved)
*A walk-through will be done upon checkout unless waived by guest
