VILLA RENTAL RATES 

One week £375...Two weeks £750...Three weeks £1100...Four weeks £1450

Add £25 per week to the above prices for holidays taken at Easter or 
Christmas / New Year. 

Optional pool heat £70 per week (recommended November to April). 

These charges include the use of linen and towels,laundry 
facilities,electricity,water,air conditioning,refuse 
collection,local telephone calls,preparation of the villa prior to 
arrival,cleaning after departure and use of the private and 
community pools.

BOOKING CONDITIONS 

A holding deposit (non-refundable) of £150 is required on 
booking,with the balance due ten weeks prior to departure.A 
refundable security deposit of £100 should be forwarded with the 
final balance and this will be returned to you at the end of your 
holiday less any costs incurred,such as accidental damage to the 
property and any contents,excess cleaning or loss / non return of 
keys. 

Cancellation of booking after full payment

(i) Between 28 and 56 days notice 50% refund 

(ii) Less than 28 days notice 25% refund 

Please note genuine reasons for cancellation may be covered by your 
travel insurance. 

Entry into the villa is from 4pm on the day of arrival.The villa 
should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure,unless prior 
arrangements are made.
