Stay in the Heart of Destin along the beautiful Emerald Coast in this
gorgeous "Gold Rated" Gulf-Front condominium located in the always
popular SunDestin International Beach Resort. SunDestin is TRULY a
resort setting, offering the most amenities.

This one-bedroom unit is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with
an unimpeded direct view of the ocean from your balcony five floors
up. Inside you'll find a nicely decorated master bedroom with a
spacious king-size bed with separate 1/2 bath. The living room has a
queen-sized sleeper sofa and a balcony to soak up the scenic Gulf of
Mexico and enjoy those Florida sun-rays.

The kitchen area includes a microwave, ice-maker, and all utensils.
Linens are also included! There are two televisions, together with
Video and DVD players. Guests are permitted to use SunDestin's library
of DVD and VHS movies free of charge.

Enjoy lunch or a beverage of your choice at the SunDestin Grille(full
bar) overlooking the indoor pool. There is an on-site gift shop in the
lobby for last minute needs, souveniers, or just some hot coffee.

Amenities

SunDestin has it all, from its onsite fitness center, heated indoor
pool, outdoor pool and sunning deck, jacuzzi, and tiki bar. Children
will enjoy the "Kid's Club" during the summer season, offering special
activities and game. Relax in our indoor sauna or hot tub. Feeling
stressed? There's a massage waiting for you in our fitness and workout
center.

Sundestin offers fantastic beach service (for a fee)including
umbrella/chair rentals throughout season. Watersports include Jet-skis
and Parasailing. Convenient ramps provide handicap accessibility to
beach.

Attractions

There's so much to do in and around Sundestin that many guests park
their car for their entire stay. Big Kahuna's Water Park is less than
1/2 mile, as is the Track Amusement Park. Destin has a wonderful
selection of Seafood Restaurants. The Back Porch and Gratzi's are both
a short stroll down the beach. Lots of Nightlife activities include
are within walking distance or a short taxi ride.

March 16-April 20th = $159 per night April 21 - May 23rd = $134 per night May 24th - June 27th = $196 per night June 28th - July 31st = 216 per night Aug 1 - 31st = $184 per night Sept 1 - 4th = $194 per night Sept. 5th - Oct. 31st = $134 per night Nov 1 - Dec 31st = $113 per night 10% discount for stays of seven days or longer. Sundestin requires at least one renter to be over the age of 25. Reservations are confirmed with a major credit card and 15% is charged immediately. The entire balance is charged upon arrival.
