Bathed with natural light, this attic studio accommodates up to 2
people. An open space, with views of the roman chapels of Santa Ana,
has a sofa bed, open American kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful
terrace where you can have cocktails in the sun.

All the installations of the loft are completely new: air
conditioning, heating, TV, stereo system with CD, telephone, iron,
oven and microwave. There’s also a parquet floor.

The entire building is available for clients, so if you are a group or
a big family, you can stay together.
