La Ventana is located 40 minutes South of La Paz the Capitol of Baja
Calif Sur. Easy to get to it's just a 2 hour non stop flight from
Los Angeles to La Paz or 2 1/2 hours from Cabo. The main house has 3
bedrooms and 2 baths with patios surrounding the house both on the
beachside and the mountain side. There is a guest studio also
beachfront that can be rented separately or together making it a 4
bedroom 3 bath. The Dunes has spectacular views from almost every
room. The entire beachside of house is glass your views are of the
water/sand/bay and directly in front of the house is the island of
Cerralvo which is absolutely beautiful. The area is
extremely safe and is famous for its
windsurfing/kiting/fishing/diving/whale watching/kayaking/hiking and
moto cross. I can arrange for a cook/housemaid/nanny or perhaps you
prefer having a boat pick you up right at your own beach to take you
fishing or diving.

Amenities

Central air conditioning/double door refrigerator and washing
machine, stereo and everything else that you could want.

Attractions

The food in La Ventana is extremely inexpensive and fabulous. You
can rent your own boat with captain for $200 or less a day.If you
would like to go free diving or fishing the island has great game
fishing.Of course the windsurfing and kiting in the Winter months is
world renowed.

Rates

Rates for the Dunes main house start at $1400 per week and go up to $4100 during the holidays.The casita can be rented separately for $150 per night, $600-$900 per week.
