Villa Atlantica is a comfortable spacious villa, completed and
furnished to a high standard in September.There are four
bedrooms in total: two upstairs and two downstairs.
There is a bathroom on each floor.Upstairs are afforded lovely open
sea views from the bedrooms and also from the upper terrace.
Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with all expected
appliances, seperate laundry area and a comfortable lounge area.
Outside the pool is electrically heated for year round use and there
are both sunloungers and chairs for your comfort.
The villa is walled for your security and privacy

Amenities

The villa is cleaned and maintained by the owners and is highly
recommended by previous guests.
Linen is changed weekly with a mid week towel change.
Beach towels are provided for your use.A welcome pack of tea/coffee,
wine and mineral water is also provided.

Attractions

Costa Teguise is a lovely resort on the island of Lanzarote.
The beaches are clean and beautiful. There are a range of water
sports on offer in the area.

The golf course and water park are also located in Costa Teguise.
