las vegas sunset ! we are only 20 mins from Lake Mead , we offer a
day on the lake with our brand new ski boat, a fun filled day of
activities worry free!we require a $1500.00 deposit and a $80.00
cleaning fee. Any food shopping requests are available. We love our
Vacation rental and we know you will too!

we are fully furnished. 2 bedrooms have King size beds and 3rd has 2
singles. Master bedroom has private Balcony, perfect for New Years
eve fireworks ! Our pool is extremly secluded and has a barbecue and
a fire pit.

Attractions

We are located only 8 mins from the strip and 5 mins from the Green
Valley "District" with fantastic restaurants. Lake Mead is only 20
mins away with Hoover Dam only 5 mins their after.

Rates

450 nightly 2500 weekly 7500 monthly A Fully refundable deposit is required of $1500.00 and a cleaning fee of $80.00
