Description

Entry to the villa is via a short path with fourteen steps leading
down from the road.

To the right of the entrance hall is the master bedroom with en-
suite bathroom. Inside the bedroom there is a king size bed with
bedside tables and built in wardrobes (all bedrooms are provided
with English pillows). French doors open from the bedroom directly
onto the terrace and pool area.

To the left of the hallway is the open plan lounge and dining area.
The dining area is furnished with a large dining table which
comfortably seats six.

The air conditioned lounge enjoys stunning views and is elegantly
furnished with a large L shaped sofa, armchair, 26" flat screen TV,
Sky Family package, DVD / CD player and Play Station 2 (some
Playstation games, DVDs and CDs are provided - please feel free to
bring your own). A selection of books and board games are also
supplied and radio is available on Sky.

The American style kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge /
freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave and granite breakfast bar
and work surfaces.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board are housed in the service
cupboard in the entrance hall.

Access to bedrooms two and three is through an archway from the
dining room. The rooms are elegantly furnished with twin beds,
bedside tables and built in wardrobes. These bedrooms have shared
access to the shower room.

All bedrooms and the dining area / lounge enjoy air conditioning /
heating.

French doors lead from the dining area into the naya (covered
terrace) - it has a circular table and 6 chairs making it perfect
for al-fresco dining.

The naya arches lead out to the terrace and swimming pool. On the
terrace there are sun loungers and a parasol - the surrounding
balustrades incorporate lighting allowing this area to be used in
the evenings.

From the terrace roman steps lead into the kidney shaped swimming
pool which is 8m x 4m and has underwater lighting and poolside
shower.

A welcome pack is provided on your arrival and we carry out full end
of stay cleaning along with weekly cleaning if villa rental is for
longer than one week.

There is no extra charge for the use of the air conditioning /
heating or the safe. A baby's cot and high chair are also available
at no extra charge.

All facilities are included in our prices - there are no supplements.

We have made every effort to make our villa a 'home from home' for
our guests and have endeavoured to provide all the finishing touches
that we hope will make a real difference to your holiday.

We provide a welcome pack free of charge and will tailor it to suit
the needs of the new arrivals, particularly when there are children
in the party.

The wine rack and drinks cupboard are usually well stocked prior to
your arrival however we do ask that guests replace what they use
during their stay ready for our next visitors.

A hair drier is also provided for your use.

Attractions

The nearest towns are Benitachell, Javea and Moraira - all
approximately ten minutes drive away.

Benitachell is a mainly agricultural village with narrow streets and
good local bars and restaurants.

Moraira has a sandy beaches, a picturesque marina, waterfront bars
and a large selection of top quality restaurants. It has a weekly
market on Fridays selling a variety of produce and a nightly craft
market in the summer months.

Javea is a busy resort with many bars and restaurants and
excellent 'family friendly' sandy beaches.

Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia Theme Parks and Mundomar
Marine Animal Park are all approx. 1/2 hours drive away.

All bed linen, bath, hand, pool and kitchen towels are also provided. Beach towels are not supplied - please ensure you bring your own. Booking terms & conditions: (Full booking terms & conditions are included on the booking form) Deposit (30% of villa rental rate) secures the booking. Damage deposit £200 ($420) is payable with the final invoice and is refundable within 14 days of return from holiday, less any damage / breakages. Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. We are also able to accept payment in euros - please contact us for euro prices. Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks before - no cancellation charge 4 - 8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded 2 - 4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks - no refund Please note that our preferred changeover day is SATURDAY - unfortunately we can't guarantee that we will be able to accommodate bookings commencing on any other days, especially in peak season. The villa will be available from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival and we request that it is vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. We request that smoking is restricted to the naya and terrace areas only. There are fourteen steps leading from the road down to the villa entrance therefore the villa is unsuitable for wheelchair access.
