A superb villa, offering 2 bedrooms, one en-suite, and an additional
large walk in shower room. Comfortable lounge area with TV/DVD, with
huge doors opening out to the sun terrace that overlooks the large
communal pool. The villa has a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with
fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It has a laundry room with
washing machine, and an al-fresco eating area also overlooking the
pool. The villa is ideal for both families and couples alike, with a
home from home feel, no expense has been spared with regards to the
furniture, and linen that has been provided for you. Car hire is
recommended. The villa is a 30 minute drive from the airport and a
very short drive to the islands most fantastic beaches.

Amenities

The villa is located in La Goleta, Playa Blanca, it is in a quiet
area, with small shops located a 5/10 minute walk away. There is a
coastal path that runs along the waters edge leading you in to the
main town of Playa Blanca.

Attractions

The town pf Playa Blanca and the Island has so much to offer. From
water sports diving, horse riding, camel riding, Volcanos to enjoy,
walking, submarine trips, boat trips, and so much more. Playa Blanca
has some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, well worth a
visit. The villa offers a portfolio of the many attractions, with
markets and places of interest for you to look at.

Rates

The villa is let from £295 per week this is for the months of 
Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb. This is for 2 sharing, an additional £25 per person 
is charged upto a maximum of five. The monthes of 
Mar/April/May/June/July/sept/oct are charged at £350, with the 
exception to August and school holidays at £400. Christmas and New 
year are charged at £450.
