with luxurious mattress; queen bed in guest room; all linens provided.
Fully stocked kitchen with granite-top counters, stackable
washer/dryer, private lanai, 2 parking stalls (one covered). Light,
bright, and airy. Ceiling fans in each bedroom (besides loft), with
wall AC's in two rooms.

DSL internet service is provided, as well as basic cable service, and
a library of DVD's for your viewing.

All my guests have raved about how much they enjoy it here!!

Amenities

Alii Cove is a newer development, and is one of the few gated condos
in the area this close to town. The association has a community pool
& jacuzzi, a weight room, and a barbeque area for entertaining. All
rules within the association will be provided, and must be abided by.

The complex is maintained nicely, and is quiet for those seeking peace.

Attractions

Conveniently located just 8 miles from the Kona airport.

This particular unit is located high within the complex so you don't
here any of the traffic on Alii Drive, and have nice ocean breezes
coming through.

It is located across from Honl's Beach where a sandy beach welcome
sun-bathers, as well as a great boogie-boarding/surf spot.

A short 5 minute walk to downtown Kona's restaurants, shops, and
entertainment!
