Stunning views overlooking the marina on a clear day you can see
across the bay to Benidorm.

Calpe is located North of Alicante and around a 40 minute drive from
the airport.



Gated access to apartment block. Video entry system.

The apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people and has two double
bedrooms (both with fitted wardrobes), two bathrooms (towels are
provided), living room and dining area leading to balcony overlooking
the marina. The apartment is idea for outdoor dining or just soaking
up the sunshine!

There is a modern fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave and oven. Air conditioning and central heating
are installed.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport upon request
alternatively we can provide details of a car hire firm to use if you
prefer to drive. Private garage parking is available under the
apartment block and is charged at an additional £15 per week.

There is a communal pool within the complex and a childrens paddling
pool, during the summer months there are ample free sunbeds around
the pool area.



This apartment is ideally situated for restaurants, bars, shops,
hotels and there are two blue flag beachs all within a few minutes
walking distance.

Situated close to Benidorm, just 15 minutes drive away, where you
have the largest the water park in Europe, Aqualandia, the famous
Disney park of Terra Mitica and a good selection of shops and
hypermarkets. For those without a car, Benidorm can also be reached
by a boat which departs from the marina opposite the apartments.

A 9 hole golf course is a 20 minute drive away on the road to
Benissa. If you wish to have a golf lesson whilst on holiday let us
know before you go and we can arrange this for you with the golf
professional at the course, a discount is available on the lesson if
you are staying at our apartment.

For those visiting without a car - the closest supermarket is
approximately 150 meters away supplying wine/beer/cheese/meat/water

The local Japanese restaurant provides both entertainment (from the
waiters!) and excellent food.

On Sundays the Spanish come to visit the local fish restaurants (a 2
minute walk from the apartment) - truely a family affair! - free
Sangria is on offer from the restaurants whilst you decide where to



From £200 - £550 per week. We would ask for a deposit of £100 which is fully refundable on your return once the apartment has been checked for any damage or abuse. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to flying. IT IS A CONDITION OF OUR ACCEPTING YOUR BOOKING THAT YOU HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE AND A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE AT ONE TIME. Changeover day Please leave by 10am on the day of your departure to allow the cleaner to prepare for our next guests.
