A family run resort consisting of 4 two bedroomed apartments and 2
one bedroomed cottages, all are fully equipped with full kitchens.
Located in Holmes Beach accross the road from a beautiful unspoilt
beach, on a part of Gulf Drive which is very quiet and carries very
little traffic.
Everything you might need is available to ensure that you have a
wonderful relaxing vacation.
Owners are on premises.

Amenities

Large fully equipped apartments, full kitchens, full baths with
showers, central air in all units. Heated pool. gas grills. Units
have either private screened in areas, balconies or patios.
Beach Chairs and umbrellas are available.

Attractions

Walking distance to shops and restaurants both on and off the beach.
Easy driving distance to Busch Gardens, Disney, Mote Marine and many
other local attractions.

Rates

Two bedroom apartments from $110.00 plus tax per night. Weekly rates start from $545.00 plus tax per week (end Aug/September dates). One bedroom cottages from $89.00 per night. Weekly rates start from $475.00 plus tax per week (end Aug/September dates). Deposit 25% payable by personal check to confirm reservation. Deposit refundable less $25.00 admin charge if written notice received at least 45days prior to arrival, after this time refund depends on reletting the accommodation for the whole of the reservation.
