Come and enjoy your Florida vacation at our 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom
town home located in the beautiful new 4-star Regal Palms Resort and
Spa at Highland's Reserve. Regal Palms Clubhouse has convenient 24
hour check-in, indoor/outdoor casual dining and bar, business
center, meeting facilities, fitness center with sauna and steam
room, and arcade. The resort is also adjacent to the 18 hole Golf
Course at Highlands Reserve

Regal Palms greatest feature is it's spectacular 2.5 acre tropical
swimming complex. The water is 82F all year long in the 2 pools and
lazy river. Some of the pools features are zero entry and
sunbathing terraces. The complex also features a waterslide and hot
tub. In the pool complex is a children's playground.

Our Regal Palms town home is situated in the first phase of the town
homes and is near the pool area. It will sleep 10 people
comfortably and has all the amenities of home including a fully
equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Every bedroom has a TV and
DVD. Other features of the town home include FREE high-speed
wireless internet, 2 in-room safes, iron and ironing board, vacuum,
hair dryers, coffee maker, high chair, baby gate and more. Next to
the resort are a Publix grocery
store and restaurants.

Regal Palms provides a complimentary shuttle to Disney World.
