Description

Our 3-bedroomed, centrally heated house is situated in one of the
loveliest parts of the beautiful Pyrenees-Orientales; in the Pyrenees
mountains about 90 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches.

The front door opens to a central hall; to the right of the hall, the
main room incorporates a living area with an electric fire (as well as
radiators), a dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen - complete with
oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc. The dining
table has seating for 8.

In the living area is a television and DVD/CD system, a three-seater
sofa, easy chairs, pouffes, and bookcase.

To the left off the entrance hall is a wc with wash handbasin, then a
door to a shower enclosure and wash handbasin leading to a
study/occasional single bedroom. There is a telephone and internet
access is available.

Upstairs there is a sitting room with french windows opening onto
fantastic views of the mountains, and a balcony which runs the length
of the house. It has a sofa, easy chairs and a music centre.

The family bathroom has a shower over a bath, wash handbasin and wc.
There is also a shower room with wc.

There are three bedrooms upstairs - two doubles (one with views over
the mountains and doors opening to the balcony) and a twin.

Rates

For, the Normal rate is £400 per week with a price of £500 per week in the High Season of July and August. We require a 25% deposit to secure the house and a security deposit of £150 is payable with the final payment 8 weeks before the commencement of the let. The rates are fully inclusive of heating, bed linen, towels, beach towels etc. and a small Welcome Basket of wine, milk, biscuits, tea and coffee is provided.
