block from the main street and in the center of town. Gatlinburg is
the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains. The area surrounding
Gatlinburg has a very wide variety of entertainment for adults and
children. You can experience the beauty of nature preserved in this
National reserve with wonderful scenery year round. Baskin Creek
Condominium is the newest facility in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon
Ford. Each condo has all the features your family needs to enjoy
your trip to the Great Smoky Mountains.

These are new condo, completed in October. The kitchen is
completely furnished (Refrigerator, cook top stove, microwave, and
dishwasher); all you need to bring is the food. The master bedroom
has a king bed with Jacuzzi and it is attached to a full bath (has a
washer & dryer in closet). The second bedroom has two queen size
beds and it is attached to full bath. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD
player plus the great room has a large TV and DVD player. Dining
area has table with six chairs and three bar stools. Balcony with
two small tables and four chairs with great Mountain View. The
outdoor pool kept at 88 degrees and the hot tub is maintained at 104
degrees. Fully equipped exercise room on 2nd floor. Meeting room
available for special events (e.g., business meeting, family
reunions, marriage activities). Parking under 1st floor with
elevator service to all floors. Baskins Creek runs along property
line.
