peaceful village on the up and coming Costa Tropical Coast line.

access from either Malaga or Almeria airport can be easily obtained.

stainless steel sink. The kitchen is large with ample space for a
table and chairs.

Off the kitchen is a utility room plumbed for a washing machine but
also housing the gas water heater and butler sink.

Good Sized Lounge/Dining area leading onto the terrace via double
glazed patio doors and external shutters.

Terrace with stunning views.

The specification is high, and all bathrooms and kitchens are tiled
