Apartment Chatelain is a large, beautifully furnished, luxury 2 bed
apartment perfectly situated right next to the
St Gervais - Le Bettex ski lift.

Sleeping up to five comfortably in one large double bedroom and one
large second bedroom that has an unusual bunk bed (double bed on the
bottom, single bed above), Apartment Chatelain is the perfect base
for your activity holiday whatever the season.

The entire apartment is very tastefully decorated and includes many
thoughtful touches including some wonderful original photographs.
This modern new apartment is also equipped to the same standard as
the decor and finish, with all of the modern conveniences that you
would wish for:

The generously proportioned lounge has two large comfy leather
sofas,
and the kitchen is very well equipped for those who like to cook.

During the day the apartment is bathed in light and it's south west
facing balcony makes for the perfect sun bathing spot as well as a
view of the mountains.

During the evening you are less than a minutes walk from the nearest
bar and the centre of St Gervais, with its many bars and
restaurants,
is only 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment also has its own large private garage, with plenty of
room for both a car and many bicycles or a trailer, and the
apartment
also has its own ski locker.

Attractions

Saint Gervais is a beautiful savoyard village with a friendly
atmosphere. It is home to Europe's highest mountain, Mont Blanc and
has been a popular holiday destination for over a hundred years.
There are a number of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and
every Thursday morning there is a market and the village's main
square is a hive of activity. The towns of Megeve and Chamonix are
just a 20 minute drive away should you wish to explore a little
further.

St Gervais has a huge number of activities on offer. It is popular
with walkers and cyclists in the summer -it is one of the starting
points for the Tour du Mont Blanc. In winter Saint Gervais has a
large ski area (over 400 km) which links to nearby Megeve. The Mont
Blanc Tramway can be taken from Saint Gervais to the Bellevue
plateau
(1800m) or the Prarion giving skiers access to the Les Houches ski
area in winter. Or it can be taken by walkers or those just wishing
to see the wonderful panorama in winter or summer. For those who
would like to relax a little St Gervais's famous thermal parc offers
complementary therapies and massage. The village also has an open
air swimming (open June-September), ice rink, tennis courts and mini-
golf.

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card (with 2% surcharge) or international bank transfer. A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of 250 Euros is required in the form of cash or credit card details.
