American couple living in Venice rent second bedroom in their home as
a Bed and Breakfast! This is a ROOM RENTAL ONLY, not apartment
rental.Includes breakfast prepared by a wonderful cook!
Perfect for someone traveling alone or people staying only a few
nights who do not want to pay high hotel rates. The room contains two
single beds, so we allow 1 or 2 person occupancy only. All linens and
towels are provided for you. One bathroom, shared with hosts.

*For those who bring a laptop computer, the apartment has wirelss ADSL
internet access that we offer for an additional 5 Euros per day.
*Lunch or Dinner meals also available upon request - see rates below

Location: We live in the Cannaregio district on the street Strada
Nova. We are located directly across the Grand Canal from the famous
Rialto Fish Market.The apartment is within walking distance to all the
major sites in Venice,shopping and restaurants. It is also a 15-20
minute walk direct to the train station and bus station.
We are less than 500 feet away from the vaporetto boat stop, Ca'd'Oro.
