Rates

Security deposit and 1/3 total rental cost due at the time of reservation. Remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation and Refund Policies: All holiday deposits/payment are non-refundable. For other reservations, the following schedule applies. Cancellations prior to 90 days of arrival is 80%, refundable prior to 60 days is 40% refundable, less than 45 days is non refundable. There are no refunds for unused services of rental. The renters and guest agree to hold the property owners agents, management and staff including the rental properties fee and harmless of any and all liabilities for injury, illness or death of any person, or for damages to the property arising from the use or occupancy of any renter in or about the rental promises.
