This is an undiscovered area of woods, fields and water, well suited
for hiking, horse-riding, fishing, bird-watching, cycling and all
water sports.There is a lake nearby with beaches and a bar-restaurant
(5 minutes) and a much larger lake (20 minutes) which offers water-
skiing, pedaloes, sailing, surfboarding, swimming etc.
There are many sites of historical interest including medieval
villages, Romanesque churches and ancient dolmens.
Limoges is a fascinating city famed for its porcelain. Aubusson,
famous for its carpets and tapestries, is within driving distance.
