days of reservation. 
Full payment is due 30 days prior to the first day of arrival. 
We are now accepting all major credit cards through PAY PAL, there 
is a 3% surcharge for credit card transactions. Please let us know 
how we can best accomodate you!

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received 30 days prior to 
scheduled arrival, all funds less $50.00 cancellation fee will be 
refunded. If cancellation is received 30 days or less of arrival, 
total deposit will be retained. If cancellation is received 14 days 
prior to or after arrival date, for whatever reason, all funds 
forfeited. If the same reservation slot is re-rented a pro-rated 
refund will be issued after the unit has been vacated.
