hire is not essential. The main "strip" or tourist centre in Protaras
is a comfortable ten minutes walk away, where you will find a
multitude of shops and restaurants serving a varied range of cuisine,
here you will also find the famous Fig Tree Bay. Adjacent to Protaras
is the beautifull Cape Ghreko national park coastline with it's
panoramic views and sea caves. A few miles further along the coast is
the picturesque resort of Ayia Napa, home to Europe's biggest water
park and lively night life.
