Our stunning villa is situated on a large corner plot and has every
amenity to make your stay both pleasurable and memorable. All your
requirements will be met down to clean towels, linen and every
utensil you will need. If you have any special requirements or would
like something that we have not mentioned please do not hesitate to
ask as we will do our best to accommodate.

VILLA

Our single storey fully air conditioned villa consists of a large
luxury open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining
area. Four bedrooms with two master suites, two twin rooms and three
bathrooms

FAMILY ROOM

Tastefully furnished to the highest luxury specifications our
spacious open plan living area has ample seating consisting of a
three-seater sofa/bed, two two-seater sofas and a chair. Cable TV,
DVD player with a selection of films, board games, books etc.
Telephone with free local, long distance and international calls.
Alarmed Patio doors open on to pool area.

KITCHEN

Our fully fitted gourmet kitchen comes complete with all modern
appliances i.e. dishwasher, fridge freezer, large cooker, microwave,
large George Forman grill, blender, toaster, coffee maker etc.
Included is a large selection of pans, glassware, crockery and
cutlery. Adjacent to the kitchen in a purpose built cupboard you
will find a large washing machine and independent tumble dryer. The
kitchen is enclosed by a breakfast bar and two stools.

DINING AREA

The dining area has a formal table and chairs easily seating 8
people. A child's high chair is available if needed.


BEDROOMS

Our villa contains 2 master suites, with en-suite bathrooms, king
size beds, built in closets, clock radio and TV/DVDs. Both bedrooms
have access to the pool, one via alarmed patio doors and the other
via an alarmed door in the en-suite bathroom.

The other two bedrooms each contain twin beds, TVs, built in closet
and drawers. These two rooms share a third bathroom. A cot/crib is
stored if needed in a twin room closet.

BATHROOMS

Our villa has three bathrooms; all come complete with vanity basin,
cupboards and hairdryers. Bath and pool towels are also provided.
The two en-suite bathrooms have a walk in shower while the third
bathroom has a shower over the bath.


POOL AREA

Our fully screened south west facing 25ft pool with in ground spa
can be heated if required; it over looks a lake and conservation
area, and is angled away from the adjacent villas and so not
overlooked. The pool is surrounded by a large brick paved deck,
which includes a covered lanai with ceiling fan for shade. The deck
is furnished with a large table and 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers, 2
reclining chairs and 2 stools. All doors to the pool area are
alarmed for child safety, and avoid the use of a pool fence.

GAMES ROOM

In our games room you will find a Full Size Pool Table with overhead
light, Air Hockey Table and Foosball Table. A ceiling fan has been
added for your comfort.
