It´s a big studio (30 m2), with a small but fully equipped kitchen
(microwaves, pans, knives, coffee maker, etc), a table with 4
chairs, dishes and cutlery for four persons. It has a private full
bathroom (with bidet and a tub). It can house 2 persons (it has
either one double bed, or two singles, depending on your
preference). It has a big closet. It´s equipped with linen and
towels. There´s cable tv, phone and answering machine, stereo, A/C,
fridge and central hot water and heat. There´s plenty of light.

Attractions

The apartment is located in Plaza San Martin. Walking distance from
Florida St., from the Irish Pubs in Retiro, from Galerias Pacifico
Shopping Mall, from Puerto Madero and from the Retiro Bus and Train
Stations. It´s also walking distance from the Metro (line C, San
Martin Station), the train and many bus line stops.
It´s very close to the Obelisco (9 de Julio Ave. and Corrientes
Ave.), to the Patio Bullrich Shopping Mall and even to San Telmo and
Recoleta (neighbourhoods).

If you want, you can have a cleaning lady for $10 (pesos) an hour and laundry is also $10 (pesos) (both optional).
