Rates

Low Season Rates start at $60 per night (3 night minimum), $350 per week (after Labour Day to February). High season Rates start at $75 per night (3 night minimum), $450 per week (Memorial Day until Labour Day). Security Deposit of $150 required to book unit. Departure Cleaning Fee - $25 + tax Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited. Refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under this contract. If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later time may be considered, based on availability.
