This beautiful villa has a family room to relax in during the day or
evening, with comfortable furnishings including sofa, love-seat,
occasional tables, a TV and VCR - so you can watch your favorite
movies and shows while on vacation.

Outside, there's an optionally heated and private screened pool
where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm
Florida sunshine, or sit and relax. The pool is provided with a
removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants
should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have
been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

Sleeping accommodation at Eve’s Villa includes a master bedroom with
a queen-size bed, master bathroom, TV, night-stands and walk in
closet space. There's a further master suite with a queen-size bed,
dresser, night-stands, closet space and master bathroom suite. 2
twin bedrooms provide the perfect sleeping arrangement for the
children, with 2 twin beds in each, dresser, closet space and an
adjoining family bathroom. Finally, there's a queen-size
sleeper/sofa in the family room.

The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could
need to rustle up a famous family meal, or prepare a quick snack
while on vacation. Choose to eat at the breakfast bar, or our
informal dining area.
