Description

Our elegantly designed summer house (150 m2) is surrounded by a
beautiful garden with apple, olive, orange, grape trees with a
roofed terrace where you can enjoy the soothing view of the sea,
islands and a small forest. It is located in an excellent quiet town
which is only a few minutes away from the centers of nightlife,
beach, historical sites and shopping centers. Our villa has a
satellite TV and it is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with
a refrigirator, cooker, oven, toaster and a coffee machine. There
are four bedrooms and the house can comfortably accomodate 6 people.
If you would like to bring additional guests, please let us know
prior to your arrival. Shops and restaurants are only within the 1km
diameter of the area. There is a small beach located only 150meters
(withing walking distance) away from the house.

Although car is not essential throughout your stay, you may choose
to rent one at the airport. There is a bus service every half an
hour that goes to Cesme or Izmir city center. The bus stop is only
50 meters away from our house. Additionally you can request our
airport pick up and drop off service for an additional charge.

Amenities

Our private holiday villas are located on the border of a clear,
exclusive and comfortable holiday
site, only 3km away from the historical village of Ildir (Erythrai).
Our vacation villas are facing
the Aegean Sea, Island of Chios, a small forest as well as a
mountain.

Our beautiful vacation villas (150 m2) are surrounded by a 500 m2
garden with a roofed terrace of
20 m2 on the second floor as well as another roofed terrace of 20 m2
veranda on the first floor.

The living room (30m2) includes a satellite TV and is fully
furnished.

Internet access is available (ADSL connection)

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven, coffee
machine and a toaster. Plates, pans,
utensils, cups, and glasses are also provided.

There are 4 bedrooms (18m2, 12m2, 10m2 and 7m2) in our villa which
can accommodate up to 7
persons. There are one queen size bed and 5 twin beds in the
bedrooms. Linens are also provided by
us. Towels are available for rent.

In our villa, there are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a WC and
a bathtub. The smaller
bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is hot water available
through solar energy. There is also
a washing machine in the main bathroom.

The garden is covered with grass and many fruit trees. Here your
family and friends can enjoy a
wonderful barbeque meal. Our barbeque and grill sets are available
for your use.

Attractions

A few words about Cesme:

Cesme lies (~80 km) west of Izmir on Turkey's Aegean coast; it is
within easy reach of Izmir or Adanan Mendres International Airport
(via a modern 6 lane highway) and can also be reached by ferry from
the Italian port of Brindisi, or the Greek Island of Chios (in
Turkish called Sakiz). The name Cesme (-Cheshme- derived from the
Turkish word for Fountain) has always been a popular summer resort
for the residents of nearby Izmir and over recent years the secrets
of cesme have been discovered by an ever growing number of European
tourists. The region is a combination of rich agricultural land
enclosing unspoiled turquoise bays with beaches of fine white sand
and (as its name suggests) natural hot water springs. The choices of
accommodation range from supreme 5 Star luxury to friendly homely
pension and with a wealth of day and night time entertainment
available too, this makes gsme the perfect destination for a fun
relaxing holiday in the sun for all the family.

Rates

Unit prices are in EUROs per villa per week. Reservation is make for weekly period stay. Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 375 E for high season (15 Jun -15 Sept), 300 E for mid-season (01 Apr - 15 Jun and 15 Sept - 15 Nov), For each additional person (up to 7) we charge 30 E/per person/per week 25 % of the total amount of the rent should be paid as a down- payment to our bank account. Please contact us for the details of our bank account No. Upon receipt of a copy of this down-payment, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation. The balance 75% of the rent has to be paid when you check-in. Payment must be in cash. The keys to the villa will only be given after payment is made In case of cancellation on your part, the 25% downpayment will be forfeited Should the guests decide to leave the villa earlier, they will not be entitled for a refund of the balance of the total amount of the rental
