3.5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house for rent located in the Punta Sam area
of Cancun Mexico. It is available to all vacationing visitors for
$100.00 U.S. dollars per day (plus $250 deposit for reservation -
applied towards rental fee) and $200.00 damage deposit - refundable
if no damage has occurred during your stay. (Damage deposit during
Spring break season - March & April , will be slightly higher -
again fully refundable if there is no damage). DISCOUNT on rental
rate if house is reserved for more than 3 nights. PayPal is our
preferred payment method, no personal checks. Sleeps 7 people
comfortably, maximum number we will accept to rent to is 8. The
house has 2 levels, and is clean, well kept, furnished, and is
located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
