Deposits and Payments
Reservations require a 50% deposit and $50.00 cleaning fee plus a
$200.00 security deposit within 7 days of booking for confirmation.
The balance of rental must be received within 60 days prior to
arrival date. Failure to pay rental deposit, security deposit or
balance of rental on time could result in loss of reservation. If
reservations are made less than 60 days before arrival, then 100% of
rental and security deposit are required within 7 days of booking.
The rental deposit, less a $50.00 processing fee is refundable until
60 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations between 31-60 days
of arrival are subject to a 50% surcharge of the rental.
Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival are subject to a 100%
surcharge of the rental. Bookings for Christmas and New Year are
subject to 100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation. 100%
of the security deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation.
Guests can guarantee a full refund of their security deposit if:
• No damage is done to the unit or its contents, including the linens.
• No items are missing upon the inventory check.
• All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers.
• All dishes are washed and put away.
• There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in a non-smoking unit.
• There was no exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
• Unit is left in neat condition.
Maid service is available at a charge of $20.00 per day, but must be
arranged for at time of booking reservation.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking is allowed inside the units.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Other
arrangements may be made if circumstances allow.
